    Job Description:

    You will be part of the Customer Service Support - GBS department of Continental Automotive Romania SRL. You will support the customers who are using application "Feet Whisperer", when they are facing different issues or have different questions.

    Your main area of responsibilities will be:

    * Resolve customer complaints via phone, e-mail or social media, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
    * Manage large amounts of incoming calls
    * Managing a high volume of daily social media posts, communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
    * Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
    * Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
    * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
    * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
    * Go the extra mile to engage customers
    * Work with customer service specialist and social media specialist to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

    Job Requirements:

    * Student at Economics, Communication, Social Sciences, Technical Sciences, etc.;
    * Advanced knowledge of English and German;
    * Very good knowledge of MS Office (World, Excel, PowerPoint);
    * Very good communication skills;
    * Customer oriented person;
    * Solution and quality oriented;
