Gi Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
You will work on a 12 months assignment to support our Customer recruitment needs. Our Client is a global power leader with a site located in Craiova, Romania.

Requirements:
Min 3-5 years of experience working as a recruiter
High level of commitment
Romanian and English speaker
Ability to build strong relationships across the business

Job description:
Advertise, source and screen potential candidates across local job boards and databases
Present Candidates to Hiring Managers and co-ordinate interview process
Utilise Taleo to manage all candidate data
Stakeholder management
Report key recruitment statistics
Continuously looking at new and innovative ways to improve the recruitment processes
