What are we looking for?
University degree.
Knowledge of process analysis and process redesign.
Thorough understanding of end-to-end banking processes.
Strong knowledge of process mapping techniques.
Strong analytical and interviewing skills.
Project management skills (setting meetings, preparing minutes of meetings, status reports and meeting presentations).
Confident approach, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) and a proactive attitude.
Ability to adapt to an intensive work environment and maintain a professional attitude under stress.
Ability to observe deadlines and to deliver good results under pressure.
Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and demands.
A strong commitment to excellence and professional and personal growth.
Flexibility in working independently or in a team, as required by tasks assigned.
Drive to develop professionally and build long term relationships with clients and
colleagues.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt is a plus.
What will you do?
Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Perform resources capacity analysis.
Design, implement and optimize the internal control system.
Develop procedures and working instructions.
Advise financial services clients.
Coordinate, coach and supervise staff at junior levels.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be an important part of our Financial Services Advisory team and will be actively involved in our projects. You will assume responsibility for one or more project parts, develop perspectives and insights for the client, interact directly with clients (interviewing clients, working shoulder-to-shoulder with clients’ teams), create and deliver presentations, be involved in project management and contribute to our business development activities. Furthermore, you will be the person responsible for leading the fieldwork and the more junior staff assigned for each piece of fieldwork. The role is about creating impact for clients’ organizations.
