    Adecco Romania is searching for his client, an important accounting and advisory firm, a Senior Accountant to leads and develops existing team of accountants and takes full responsibility for handling part of their larger international clients.
     
    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    •        Manage accountancy projects and team of accountants working on the projects, plan and control of work done
    •        Review all records and reconcile accounts
    •        Prepare Annual Financial Statements under National Accounting Standards and group reporting packages, as requested by the client
    •        Prepare the statistic reports, reports of the National Bank and reports for other institutions (state bodies)
    •        Prepare documentation related to annual audits by external auditors
    •        Provide support by the set-up of co-operation for the new clients
    •        Provide periodic management reports
    •        Assist the Internal Finance department with invoicing and collecting of clients’ fees
    •        Liaise with clients in order to collect the necessary information or clarify various matters
    •        Allocate the projects to the team, provide constant feedback, and contribute to their professional development
    •        Organize internal trainings related to accounting aspects for the colleagues
     
    REQUIREMENTS
    •        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related field 
    •        4 years of related experience in accounting field and good knowledge of tax legislation, with at least 2 years in a Senior position
    •        Holder of a related professional qualification (CECCAR is a must)
    •        Be familiarized with accounting software or other type of ERP
    •        Professional services background is a must
    •        Experience in working with international clients
    •        Agility and results orientation: concern for quality and orientation towards the provision of services and obtaining results
    •        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other foreign language is an asset / plus (preferably French and German)
    •        Computer literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
