Key goals:
The purpose of this job is to support the implementation of the brand communication strategy and priorities of Regional/ Cluster/ Market initiatives leading to business growth. Develop, propose, implement and measure digital & e-commerce activation mechanics in line with short, medium and long-term strategies. To constantly support the brand image in the Romanian market in full respect of company’s philosophy & communication codes.
Main responsibilities:
- Drives the best digital experience on the RO social media and other digital assets to accelerate the digital transformation in line with the global digital ambitions and goals.
- Contributes to company’s growth objectives in RO Pure Players and Omni-Channel retailers via maximizing the exposure and brand performance and by supporting the execution of our online commercial and merchandising strategy.
- Brand assets management: e-retail (Hero Images, Brand Visuals, e-banners), social media (posts), loyalty club.
- Is the owner of content localization and implementation in cooperation with scientific communication and cluster brand team.
- Leads transcreation, local development and all adaptations for digital assets and campaigns.
- Support deployment of marketing plan and activity calendar for the market (strategic territories, launches and promotion plans, commercial projects).
- Constantly monitor efficiency of activities and provide feedback & conclusions to Retail Director.
- Budget management by securing planning, efficiency, purchasing and no over/underspending.
- Manage the pool of agencies, create collaborative relations, optimizing fees, payment terms and performance requirements.
- Ensure that all sales/marketing tools are in full respect of the company’s philosophy & brand guidelines
- Creates and maintain strong network and relationship with the local and cluster marketing and sales teams.
- Applies with maximum diligences the global marketing strategies and tools.
- Ensure consistence on the brand activities regarding Portfolio, Promotion, Pricing & Communication activities.
- Executes with excellence all allocated digital market priorities.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2+ years of relevant experience: marketing / digital marketing / e-retail
- Copywriting & Copyediting skills are a plus
- Excellent English language skills, min B1
- Computer literacy: advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills, multi-tasking, detail oriented, fast decision maker
- High energy level, positive thinking, efficiency and politeness
