    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    — Proven experience in sales / sales management track record would be a plus
    — Excellent negotiation skills, with natural sales instincts
    — Very good communication and presentation skills
    — Excellent organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks
    — Committed to become an expert of our Company’s digital services
    — Developed knowledge of Microsoft Office and various Online Applications
    — Industry knowledge (financial services/software development companies) – would be a plus
    — Flexible approach, willing to travel when required.

    Responsibilities

    — Active selling to clients – cold calling as well as physical visiting when required
    — Collaborate with Sales Team to identify target accounts for prospecting clients
    — Coordinate with prospects to understand individual client requirements and analyse any changes in clients’ needs and recommend specific solutions to clients
    — Relationship building, follow up through emails, identifying relevant new business opportunities and nurturing long term opportunities, developing relationships with business owners or client’s influential personnel
    — Manage the own pipeline of existing and prospecting clients, tracking all work activities on the CRM platform, by maintaining accurate information and up to date forecasts on all prospects
    — Set company standards for operations and quality of service; Supervise the sale process and manage multiple responsibilities
    — Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to secure new business
    — Track, analyze, and communicate KPIs and business trends as they relate to partner relationships; produce reports as required by the management
    — Mange communication with partners and provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
    — Active involved in promoting the Company services / marketing activities
    — Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of new sales employees to ensure qualified personnel are recruited (subject to business growth).
