    • Role summary

      A Business Manager is required to support resource hiring and onboarding for the Integration Portfolio. The role will be based in Bucharest.

      Responsibilities:

      ? Ensure that jobs are signed off by appropriate approvers.

      ? Raise job requisitions for open contingent positions in the system on behalf of development managers

      ? Create job specs for contingent positions

      ? Track status of continent job requisitions

      ? Liaise with contingent hiring teams

      ? Review contingent CVs and conduct interviews, ensuring feedback is provided to recruiting teams to improve process

      ? Track status of permanent employee hiring and provide guidance on priority and suitability as required.

      ? Provide support for hiring via vendor partners, as required.

      ? Provide reporting to Technology Management

      ? Represent technology at key Programme Resourcing meetings

      ? Ensure resource forecasting data is kept up-to-date with status of hiring.

      ? Onboard new hires and provide logistics support to acclimatize the new joiner.

      Knowledge & Skill:

      ? Seasoned professional with experience of HR processes and contingent hiring

      ? Previous business operations experience

      ? Experience of working on complex Programmes with significant resource onboarding demands would be preferred.

      ? Proficient in Software Project Delivery, Project Risk Management, Project Staff Management, Project Communication, Improving Project Performance, Project Dependency Management, Project Estimation & Planning, Waterfall Project Delivery, Scaled Agile Project Delivery

      ? Working knowledge of Project 3rd Party Management, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Change & Transformation, Stakeholder Management, Project Governance & Assurance, Portfolio Management, Software Development Lifecycle - full stack/front-end/back-end/middle tier, High Level Architecture & Solution Design and IT infrastructure

      ? Be able to operate in a very dynamic environment with few processes and opposing priorities

      ? Able to reduce complex issues with a high number of partners into easily actionable tasks to drive delivery

      ? Have a 'can do' demeanour that allows for tackling things that may seem as if they are outside the remit of the role when it means getting things delivered

      ? Good communicator who can keep management up to do date on key activities of program level interest

      ? Knows how to figure out is urgent and what is important and balance work between the two

      ? Full ownership and end to end attitude with a cast iron integrity in all dealings, both internal and external
