    Requirements

    If you have…
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
    Typically 2-5 years experience
    Knowledge of customer account specifics & customers business
    Skilled at uncovering and solving clients Business initiatives by positioning HPE Services portfolio at high levels to expand over all relationship
    Understanding of order management process, programs and policies
    Excellent organizational and time management skills, professionalism, influencing, negotiation, Customer experience, Communication, Attention to detail, creativity
    Proactive attitude, and show initiative and leadership within client’s business and support services marketplace
    Strong analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
    Understanding of and experience in applying business and sales operations practices and process design to situations
    Using forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and activities
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Mastery in English and additional language advanced level such as Spanish or Italian or French or Polish or Russian or Hebrew is a must

    Volume Renewal Specialist with English/ Spanish/ Italian/ French/ Polish/ Russian/ Hebrew



    This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

    The Volume Renewal Specialist will engage with Sales, Customers and Partners to improve execution of small & medium size renewals and conversion deals, helping HPE Sales to follow up on Pointnext deals from pursuit/renewal time until booking.

    Also you will develop, implement and utilize processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions). You will do reports and analyse order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. You will maintain and enhance sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems, to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.

    In a typical day as a Volume Renewal Specialist, you would:
    Create strong partnership with IBS / IBAS to renew and grow Long tail renewal & conversion Opportunities
    Independently manage renewals, with engagement of IB Reps as needed. (i.e - Escalations, SND)
    Forecast renewals in Salesforce for LT space and follow up with client / Partner for closure
    Maintain updates in Sales Force
    Have ownership for end-to-end, on-time renewal
    Creating and maintaining strong 1:1 relationship with the Customer, point of contact for OS Support Services
    Ownership of conversion of Support Services and upsell of warranty only
    Identify upsell & new business opportunities within the renewal (support credits, upsell to higher SLA, etc.)
    Be responsible for order management activity, following procedures to ensure Segregation of Duties for order acceptance elements & flagging any impact on revenue
    Own Internal & External customer engagement
    Aids in the identification and engagement of resources to address customer needs
    Proactive Customer activities : Welcome package, courtesy calls, set clear customer expectations
    Work with appropriate Pointnext team members for quoting, amendment & booking requests.
