    Requirements

    This role is based in the Michelin Shared Services Center in Bucharest, Michelin Corporate & Business Services, where more than 700 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Sales Administration and Personnel.

    Responsibilities

    The Business Support Controller will:
    • Deliver to our partners (Michelin plant controllers): reliable, accurate and timely financial information and business analysis;
    • Analyze and monitor plant expenses together with the Financial Controller and drive the corrective actions;
    • Analyze inventory deviation and propose corrective actions (work in collaboration with Planning team)
    • Insure a first level of analysis of standard costing variances and contribute to the reforecast activities (work colaborately with the Costing team)
    • Collaborate with all stakeholders and coordinate the process of monthly closing ;
    • Ensure and improve data quality and propose appropriate actions in case of discrepancies;
    • Comply with the Internal Control requirements
