    Manpower Romania is recruiting a Customer Service for one of its client. Our client is a multinational company that offers that is activating in agriculture and chemical sector. The position is based in Timisoara, Arad or Oradea/ Craiova, Slatina or Alexandria/ Slobozia, Braila or Constanta and is 100% remote.

    Job Skills:

    -Bachelor‘s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or similar qualifications;
    -Agronomic studies is a plus, but not mandatory;
    -Experience in technical support, customer service for digital solutions/ web applicatios (for B2C or B2B customers);
    -Ability to learn a new digital application (farm management solution), and to understand the technical features (training will be provided);
    -Willingness to learn all the processes in an agricultural farm – work plan, activities, products, problems, seasonality, etc;
    -Very good communication skills, organized and self motivated person, customer oriented attitude;
    -Good knowledge of English both written and spoken (medium or advanced); Romanian language is mandatory;
    -Good computer skills (Microsoft Office 365, collaboration tools as Webex, Teams, Zoom);
    -Driving licence category ( is a plus);


    Job responsibilities:
    -Act as first level of technical support for our clients for our management application;
    - Be in permanent contact with the technical support team of the digital solutions provider;
    -Prepare the action plan and perform field visits;
    -Provide support to farmers (both face-to-face, but also by phone and email), guiding the farmers in application usage, according to the working plan in the farm o Interact with farmers, encourage them to use the farm management application and check application usage status;
    -Permanent collaboration with other departments;
    -Prepare weekly status of farm management application usage by farmers;
    -Report weekly status to Marketing-Digital team and periodically to the sales team;
