    Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree
    • Fresh Graduate who has been involved in extra-curricular activities where it was confirmed accountability and initiative;
    • Could be a plus proved experience in a role of customer support, recruitment, human resources administration;
    • Very good written and verbal communication skills in Romanian language and English;
    • Interest in assessing and understanding human behavior (basic understanding of what are skills, competencies, and behaviors)
    • Able to work with data analytics
    • Interpersonal skills – ability to build trustful relationships and collaboration.
    • Fast learner – curiosity; critical thinking; self-thought; solution-driven;
    • Adherence to ethics and compliance principles;
    • Results-oriented – being focused on delivering with quality and speed;
    • Good abilities in working with Microsoft Office (Excel; PowerPoint; Word)

    Responsibilities

    • Active participation during the onboarding process – completing the learning paths;
    • Active learning – ask questions, read, search – formulate solutions ask feedback;
    • Build sound knowledge of local legal legislation and Ericsson internal compliance process, ways of working;
    • In every daily task, you need to lead compliance between the Country’s Labor Law and Company’s rules and regulations
    • Manage the job descriptions process: follow-up with managers that need to update/change job descriptions; explain the process and support in formulating JDs, ensure translation in the Romanian language ;
    • Manage system updates in line with Ericsson process;
    • Support Senior PBPs in running different local HR processes;
    • Provide support and answers to employees and Managers questions/requests ;
    • Offer training, advice, and mentor to line managers on Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and practices ;
    • Support managers and employees in applying IPM process in their context and advice on vital actions like Performance Improvement Plan; Succession Planning; Leadership Development;
    • Provide local input to compensation proposals for promotions, internal mobility, hirings, and other situations where outside of the global guideline;
    • Adapt (where vital due to local law) and maintain local adaptations of directives
    • Execution of local people engagement activities

    This is a temporary assignment 12 months with extension possibility
