• Computer proficiency (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint,
• Microsoft Word, Basic of lotus notes, PC network skills )
• Problem analysis and problem solving
• Client relationship capacity
• Proactivity
• Numerical competencies
• Written communication
• Strong planning capacity
Responsibilities:
• Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
• Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
• Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
• Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
