    We are looking for an experienced Service Transition manager to be part of the Capital Markets Service Management function in Bucharest which is responsible for end to end business service management processes in collaboration with multiple internal teams across the Capital Markets division.You will liaise between business owners, project managers, design teams, operations teams, communicating between all key stakeholders to ensure the smooth and successful operational design and implementation of new servicesYou will ensure service management procedures are established and documented for new and changing services that align with best practice, and provide the capability to measure, and maintain performance of the service post launch to promote continual improvement.Liaising with internal technical subject matter experts and business owners of key platforms and processes you will ensure end to end Service Assurance requirements are met.

    Main responsibilities:

    • To execute and maintain an effective Capital Markets Service Transition Process (STP) from ideation through to live operation.
    • Ensure new and changing services have a fully developed end to end support structure, including Processes, SLAs and KPIs, commensurate with business requirements, priorities and risk.
    • Act as a gate keeper function that ensures effective Transfer to Operations for all new services introduced or significantly changed.
    • Provide fully documented services, which are updated and maintained throughout the life of the service and are aligned to ITIL best practice.
    • Ensure that appropriate lifecycle resourcing, training, tooling, support and documentation is delivered with a formal project sign-off from all key stakeholders.
    • Represent the Capital Markets Operations team at all project meetings to define and implement service acceptance criteria for both new and changing services.
    • Work with Architects, Project Managers, Business Owners, Service Owners, and Operations teams to ensure that services are delivered in compliance with the Service Transition Process (STP) and other key control/assurance requirements.
    • Define and deliver the end to end support model with all key stakeholders across multiple delivery organisations
    • Ensure an effective set of performance metrics and service levels are delivered for new services.
    • Participate in end to end stakeholder groups to improve the efficiency of future deliveries and processes.
    • Identify and manage Operations risks ensuring a successful transition to service.
    • Provide guidance, knowledge sharing of the STP and supporting sign off for all key project stages and artefacts via Service Transition Boards.

    Key skills:

    • 5+ years of experience working as a Service Architect, Designer, Service Manager/Operations or Transition Manager (preferred)
    • Experience of defining a Service Design and Transition process and continually improving
    • Experience of designing service models and service level agreements
    • Experience of designing appropriate knowledge transfer plans
    • Experience of designing process and workflow modelling using best practice tooling
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Excellent document writing, design skills
    • Technology and business astute in reviewing technology and business artefacts (always with a service architecture perspective)
    • Understanding of key service architecture principles
    • The ability to work effectively with all levels of clients and IT stakeholders
    • Must be self-motivated and have a desire to engage in process improvement, where opportunities allow
    • Experience of writing test strategies, plans, scripts, and cases
    • Proven influencing skills to ensure correct balance of operational risk
    • Superb ability to execute operationally in a fast-paced team environment
    • Experience of transitioning both in-house and cloud-based solutions
    • Remote collaboration skills working with business and technology stakeholders in wide variety of locations
    • Being able to work, collaborate and represent the Service Transition team and be a self-starter SME to all transition engagements
