    Qualifications

    • Language: English (B2+) and German is a Plus
    • Strategical & analytical thinking - process understanding;
    • Understand complex relationships and processing;
    • Ability to prioritize
    • Proactivity and continuous involvement
    • Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint - Intermediate level);
    • High interest in continuous development.

    Job Description

    • Identifies learning and development needs;
    • Designs new customized materials or includes existing materials in class (e.g. Docupedia, training platform)
    • Delivers customized trainings, interface to Release and Change Mgmt.;
    • Provide input for global work instructions (e.g. on process changes and demand for documentation update) to Quality Manager, KME and SME
    • Alignment on strategical objectives with internal stakeholder (SME, Quality Manager and KME);
    • Monitors trainee performance;
    • Provides consultancy to the trainees in their development process in collaboration with SME;
    • Collaborates with Process Excellence in order to identify team and individual Learning & Development gaps that affect organization's performance;
    • Recommends suitable learning options to meet individual and team requirements, considering appropriate delivery channel;
    • Partners and coaches Process Excellence and employees to ensure that they understand the learning and development plan and their role in delivering it;
    • Designs department solutions customized according to the services of the organization and participants needs;
    • Continually seeks ways to improve learning and talent development activity to meet individual or PE requirements;
    • Advises colleagues and PE on the best use of innovative learning technological solutions to improve capability;
    • Facilitates internal learning events needed within the organization, and delivers content as appropriate;
    • Evaluates provided learning and development solutions for effectiveness, business relevance and efficiency, and continually seeks ways to improve learning activity;
    • Evaluates department programs based on feedback, assimilated knowledge, behavior and results;

    Responsibilities regarding Occupational Health and Safety

    • Applies and respects all the legislative standards regarding occupational health and safety, work instructions, internal procedures and rules concerning Occupational Health and Safety, fire prevention and fire extinction;
    • Takes all medical exams, as instructed by the organization, part of Occupational Health and Safety regulations;
    • Uses in a correct way the installations, work equipment, appliances and other tools in the facility. Does not turn off, change or remove the safety appliances, especially those of machines, work equipment, tools, technical units and buildings security systems;
    • Immediately informs the Manager and HSE responsible about any accidents suffered by one person;
    • Cooperates as necessary with the assigned persons, in order to facilitate any/all accomplishments or requests disposed by the officers of health regarding health protection and employees' security.
