QA tester runs various tests on software to ensure it meets all standards and guidelines and is ready to be marketed to consumers. They identify issues and run debugging programs as needed. QA testers also generate reports and work with software developers to correct issues.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Executes test cases under varying circumstances
• Documents and evaluates test results
• Detects, logs, and reports program bugs and glitches 
• Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors
• Reviews test procedures and develops test scripts
• Partners with developers and engineers to drive QA efforts
