Portuguese and English proficiency written

Previous work experience in customer service or technical support is a huge advantage!
Authorisation to work în Romania is needed.
The customer support will be responsible for helping our clients via e-mail also for checking data in back-end in order to prevent/solve problems
Be the point of contact for our players
Provide comprehensive information regarding the products and services offered by the company
Work closely with QA and technical support to solve player's technical issues
