    Responsibilities:
    Business User/Owner Application Support: provide 2nd and 3rd tier application support for assigned application(s).
    Monitor production batch and ad hoc jobs as required to ensure proper functioning and completion of business operations.
    Research and resolve technical and functional issues according to defined prioritization / severity schemes.
    Business and Process Improvement: identify opportunities for business or process improvement, make associated recommendations as appropriate as possible.
    Work to improve and maintain the stability of the applications, lead and follow up relevant actions towards stability improvements, including regular interactions with the technical teams (infrastructure, architecture, security, ...), problem management follow up, root cause analysis.
    Work on change requests with the partners
    Documentation of the business processes.
    Requirements definition and analysis: collect and research specific client requirements for projects, identify requirements, gather workflow data and basic system and reporting specifications.
    Project planning and execution: participate in project management process, including participating in project meetings. Document issues, action items, user requirements, or deliverables from project meetings.
    Perform a variety of project related activities, including analysis or preparation of documentation and presentations.
    Accomplish all work according to established methodologies and standards.

    Responsabilitati

    Your Profile
    You hold a relevant degree in economics or science, with IT as an option.
    You have knowledge on Linux, scripting, windows
    You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
    Knowledge of ERP Applications, is a plus.
    You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and you are able to effectively prioritize and carry out tasks in a very dynamic environment.
    You are customer oriented, with excellent communication skills, capable to defend your ideas, but open to listen to others as well.
    You’re fluent in English
    You’re eager to learn and you have a huge appetite for innovative technologies and changing trends in the market.
    You have a positive and accountable mindset.
    You value the true meaning of team objectives.
