Continuous Improvement Process Specialist

  Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client an important company from Packaging Industry,for a Continuous Improvement Process Specialist,based in Bucharest. Cerinte:

• MS Office
• Technical background
• Project management experience
• Working experience in companies with production and preferred working in production
• Lean management – process oriented
• 2-3years working experience
• Very good English in written and spoken
• Communication skills
• Running trainings and presentations
• Leadership skills – especially indirect leadership

• Major contact for the region and division management  
• Division and group reporting
• Developing and implementing procedures and rules
• Gemba: organizing, analyzing, tracking, reworking and doing it’s own walks,is a plus
• Training for all new people and refreshment training for existing team
• Organizing regular check of all equipment in relation to the company procedure
• Participate on all trainings
• Running L1 and L2 training for the team
• Documentation and improvement of all processed
• Running improvement projects and monitoring projects of the Romanian Recycling team
• Leading projects with paper and packaging (OPROM = Our Paper/Packaging Operating Model)
