Back Office Sales Representative

• Up to 3 years of experience in a Sales admin or Customer Service role, ideally in the motor insurance sector.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-organized with a good eye for details and problem-solving capabilities
• Good knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
• English skills – conversational level (both verbal and written)

• Managing commercial contracts (contracts record, renewals, addendums, concluding contracts) – about 1200 customers;
• Administrate and develop portfolio of contracts with recycling and other automotive companies (e.g. dealers, bodyshops, etc.);
• Administrative operations (data upload / photo) for vehicle auctions, download and check the auctions results;
• Daily correspondence with customers: insurance companies, recycling companies, car owners regarding vehicle auctions and sale of wrecks;
• Customer support via phone/email regarding auctions and transactions;
• Debt collection;
• Identify new customers and business opportunities;
• Internal reports on monthly activity.
