QA Manual Engineer

RightClick began in 2014 when a group of entrepreneurs, with a background in the development of financial software, set out to help banks to manage their instances of a banking system called Summit. To streamline the testing of new versions of Summit, and offer banks a way to expedite upgrades, the group developed a robot that can perform the required testing activities in an automated way. This robot was called RightClick TMS.
TMS records the daily activities of business users and then automates these activities for use as tests that are executed on each new release, ensuring functional correctness and detecting changes to the behavior of the new software.

QA Manual Engineer

At this moment of our journey, we have embarked on a growth roadmap, thus we aim to expand our client and product portfolio. As a result, we are now looking to extend our team with a fully autonomous and knowledgeable QA Manual Engineer ready to contribute to the overall success of our business with one clear objective in mind: high quality products delivered to our top tier customer base.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be to:

- Fully design and implement test strategy for each deliverable, based on business requirements, individual input and cooperation with Business Analysts and Development teams – agile work.
- Report software issues; work closely with the development team to fix them and validate provided solutions.
- Contribute to all software testing types like functional, regression, automation, performance, documentation.
- Act as a software quality advocate throughout development, testing, delivery, and implementation phases of software development life cycle.
- Execute automated test strategies based on product technical and functional specifications to verify the correctness and quality of our proprietary software.
- Analyze failed tests, conduction root cause analysis of errors and liaising with developers to get fixes.
- Running and managing testing campaigns when a new version of software is released; Working with logs to understand from where problems come.
- Communicate status, findings, and progress on a regular basis.
- Contribute to our continuous improvements workstreams and get actively involved in future planning, providing regular status reports and risk mitigation recommendations
- Proactively maintain high level quality across our product portfolio - RightClick TMS, RightClick Deploy and RightClick Atomatik.
