    Responsabilitati

    - Initierea apelurile catre debitori in vederea colectarii sumelor datorate;
    - Informarea debitorilor corect si complet cu privire la debitul avut, implicatiile acestuia si modalitatile de lichidare;
    - Negocierea termenelor de plata printr-un discurs persuasiv;
    - Pastrarea confidentialitatii informatiilor cu privire la debit si debitor;
    - Introducerea informatiilor in aplicatia interna;
    - Solutionarea cazurilor conform procedurilor de colectare;
    - Preluarea si tratarea corespunzatoare a tuturor apelurilor tip inbound;
    - Mentinerea standardului de calitate stabilit.

    Beneficii:
    Salariul: 3900lei net
    bonus de activitate ce merge pana la 15% din salariul net
    Tichete de masa: 20 ron/ zi lucrata;
    Decont transport public: Abonamentul lunar STB sau Metrorex (in limita a 70 RON) se deconteaza o data pe luna, dupa ce abonamentul a expirat (doar pt. cei ce lucreaza de la birou);
    Tichete cadou de Paste si Craciun: 150 lei/angajat pt.fiecare din cele doua sarbatori;
    Asigurare medicala privata: Se acorda incepand cu a 4 a luna de activitate;
    Zi libera platita pentru ziua de nastere: Se poate lua pe parcursul respectivei luni, fara a putea fi transferata in alta luna. Se aproba pe baza unei cereri de concediu de evenimente speciale.
