Take a look at our Data Management Specialist role in our CORE Engineering HW group in Timisoara. Do you want to be a Data Management Specialist? These should spark your interest : The Data Management specialist is actively supporting the project management in maintaining the documentation of every change and sending the corresponding data to customers. Responsibilities and tasks:

    * Performs SAP tasks as maintenance user for projects: submission of new products and parts, creation of documents and material numbers, verification and classification of documents, creation of product structure;
    * Responsible for requesting, tracking, updating data, clarifying open items and sending data to customers (e.g.: IMDS);
    * Documents and manages change lists and Bill Of Materials according to the requirements and workflows;
    * Plans the activities together with the Project Responsible and reports the status on a regular basis;
    * Provides solutions for own tasks;
    * Follows procedures and guidelines, with commitment to provide results in time.

    Job requirements:

    This is what it takes to be a successful Data Management Specialist:

    * Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
    * Knowledge of SAP environment is a plus;
    * Knowledge of MDS tools (e.g.: IMDS, CAMDS, MACSI, etc.) is a plus;
    * Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple functional teams across a variety of disciplines;
    * Motivated;
    * Fluent English, spoken and written;
    * Organizational skills;
    * Flexible and resilient to unplanned changes or challenges.
