Ensure meeting rooms and other spaces are prepared for welcoming guests:
Negotiate and deal with the some suppliers:

Welcoming guests.
Management support
Book tickets and hotels:
Practical arrangements for events (MIPIM, ExpoReal):
Manage the agenda of the top management:
Prepare visiting agendas of investors:
Keep contacts updated in outlook:
Book restaurants, arrange for lunch for top management:
Others
Prepare expense reports for the management:
Make all practical arrangements for team building events, Xmas dinners, etc.:
Office supplies purchase and management/cost control:
Liaise with the IT department:
Ensure practical onboarding of new staff members (phone, laptop, etc):
Administration for new employees (insurances, health and safety, etc.):
Look for new ideas/software to improve the office functionality
