Vienna Insurance Group Management Service SRL (VIG MS) is the group owned IT Service provider for all Romanian entities (Asirom, BCR Life Insurance and Omniasig) of Vienna Insurance Group.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role;
• Bachelor degree in technical field;
• Technical certifications/diplomas for relevant fields
• Good knowledge of software development;
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Results and customer orientation;
• Openness to change and results orientation;
• Initiative and proactive attitude;
• Ability to meet stretch deadlines and handle pressure;
• English language - intermediate level;
Responsibilities:
• Represents the first contact and response for all IT incidents reported through the helpdesk and call-center systems;
• Evaluates reported incidents resulting in either their resolution or escalation to direct supervisor;
• Performs activities regarding troubleshooting, installation and configuration of workstation hardware and connected peripheral equipment;
• Troubleshoot and resolve:
- end-user software incidents, related to both operating system and all other software installed on the workstation;
- basic network connectivity problems;
-printing problems;
• Monitors and implements of end-user level security procedures and practices
• Install of all end-user software and maintaining software license compliance
• Enforces to existing conventions and practices regarding naming, labeling and asset inventory.
• Handle third-party supplier relationships where applicable.
