ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES SPECIALIST

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable expert to support our Supply Network Operation (SNO) Function! To be successful for this role, you will need to be an analytical thinker and problem solver with excellent communication skills.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will provide financial and administrative services, while your duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts. This role is critical to the success of the SNO organization in P&G. This role requires strong initiative and collaborations with various business partners, and excellent operational discipline and attention to detail.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
• Partner with sales account teams in reconciliation and documentation of agreements and proof of performance
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve system and billing issues
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by partnering with SNO organization and daily communication with management
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required
• Shown ability to calculate, post and handle accounting figures and financial records
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations will be an advantage
• Accounts receivable and general accounting experience, including SAP knowledge would be preferable
• Good Romanian & English command, both written and spoken
