    2+ work experience on a similar position
    Proficient knowledge of real estate industry, property management principles and relevant legislation
    Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
    Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
    Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
    Strong people skills
    Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs, and other online programs
    Technical experience applicable to facility buildings and systems


    Responsible for renting apartments for company’s employees and assisting tenants with their needs
    Meeting potential owners and scheduling tour apartments
    Performing background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to see if prospective owners are qualified
    Preparing leasing documents for potential owners using property standards and regulations
    Handling the payment of all rented apartments, security deposits and application fees
    Keeping the tenants informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues
    Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service
    Inspecting properties outside the building monthly
    Liaising with owners and tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns
    Maintaining and storing documentation effectively
    Implement regular inspection in all facilities areas within the company to ensure activities are conducted safely and appropriately
    Advise and guide staff on building security and processes
    Ensure to enforce and comply with all established policies and procedures
    Perform daily management and operation of studio’s facility
    Maintain facility and records to ensure compliance with company standards
    Support the development and communication of Policies and Procedure as relevant to Facilities Management
    Provide relevant and compliant advice to facilities stakeholders
    Work closely with Operations Manager, HR Manager, and other staff to support a fully functional facility
    Assist with the coordination of office space for new staff
    Organize and carry out accommodation/equipment changes
    Ensure the smooth operation of all building functions
    Assist with solving building service-related problems
    Liaise with maintenance contractors, to maintain all functions of the building including Communications, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Security, Elevators, Structural, Waste streams, Cleaning, Equipment, Laboratory & Office Equipment
    Assist with the management of facility projects – repairs
