SAP System Management Specialist (412247BR)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP Basis.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in SAP Migration.
Basic OS’s (RedHat, SuSe, AIX, Windows) knowledge and troubleshooting.
Cloud Infrastructure experience such as AWS, Azure, etc...
SAP and its products knowledge.
Knowledge of databases – HANA, DB2, Sybase, Oracle & SQL Server.
Efficient verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Basic knowledge of storage & network

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

Should have worked on SAP migrations and used advanced migration techniques.
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with a creative approach to work.
Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management.
Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
SAP certification preferred (NetWeaver / HANA / OS/DB Migration).

You should also have sound work experience & knowledge of the below-listed activities:

Should be responsible to perform Green-field installation of SAP systems like S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SolMan, ECC, SAP BOBI, BODS, PO, SCM, Fiori.
Should have sound knowledge of the administration of HANA database.
Should have work experience in performing homogeneous and heterogeneous SAP system copies / SAP migration.
Should have sound knowledge on SAP advanced migration techniques such as parallel export/import, table splitting, etc…
Should have knowledge of Database backup/recovery.
Experience in migration using DMO option.
Basic knowledge of SAP sizing.
In-depth knowledge of SAP work-load analysis & performance tuning.
Good trouble-shooting skill on handling issues specific to SAP installation & migration.
Should have learning attitude to learn new tools & processes.
Experience in administration of SAP ABAP & Java stack.
Ability to solve complicated issues arises as part of SAP installation & migration.
Should have experience in performing Add-on installation and Support-pack upgrades.
Good knowledge of SAP release upgrades and DB release upgrades.

You will be responsible for Green-field SAP installation and post-installation. The squad members must review each build order and install the system as per the requirement. You are also responsible to perform homogeneous & heterogeneous SAP migration.
