    Cerinte

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Developer/Key Account Manager in the Toys Industry
    • Bachelor Degree
    • Communication and organizational skills, as well as team spirit
    • Willingness to travel
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
    • Fluent in the English language
    • Driving license

    Responsabilitati

    • Sales Development Hypermarkets, Oil and Gas Stations, Distributors
    • Processing, developing and implementing “win-win” relationships with customers
    • Direct contact with the key buyers of the customers
    • Coordinate with all departments to service customer
    • Enforce and overlook that all sales terms and agreements are upheld
    • Monitor the competition in order to be pro-active towards the customers
    • Prepare presentations with the cooperation of all relative depts. (marketing, trade marketing, sales administration)
    • Develop and integrate the sales plan by customer
    • Select products and quotas in alignment with the target
    • Launch and promote new brands / products
    • Plan orders and shipments to customer per month
    • Plan the shelf space and merchandising program
    • Assist in the development of the promotional plan
    • Participation in industry trade shows
    • Market research
    • Control of inventory – Manage sell through
