    ‣ Ability to clearly communicate within the team and with serviced countries
    ‣ Demonstrated planning, analytical, and organizational skills
    ‣ Open to professional development related to other processes within claims department

    ‣ level in German - B2-C1
    ‣ Fluent in English - B2-C1

    Function/ Sector:
    ‣ Capacity to learn about Coface’s product and in-depth policy
    ‣ Legal knowledge (would be a plus)
    ‣ Accounting knowledge (basic)
    ‣ Familiarity and ease with varying IT and online software and applications

    ‣ Economic studies (preferably)


    Regular Claims activities:
    o Ensure customer satisfaction regarding fast claims management by analysts (preparing activities which are precondition)
    o Compute and record invoices details, notifications and information in IT tools
    o Analyze different types of invoices and organize payments
    o Reports on Claims activities to the serviced countries
    o Take appropriate action to maximize recoveries

    ‣ Compile reports according to group rules.
    ‣ Input on internal processes and work-flows optimization.
    ‣ Participate in internal projects.

    Possible ad hoc activities (specific to the SSC structure launch):
    ‣ Participates in the creation / update of Claims Standard Operating Procedures used by the SSC operational teams.
