    About Techband
    We are building a technological ecosystem which connects stellar developers with great opportunities. We are constantly on the hunt for attractive projects, we host monthly learning and networking opportunities to advance your IT freelance career. Currently, around 30 developers cooperate with us mainly remotely and we are growing by more than 100% year-over-year. We cooperate with love brands from the Czech Republic and Slovakia and plan to expand to other European countries. Description We are looking for an It recruiter, with previous experience in HR roles. If not, we need you to be available at least for 3-4 hours one week before the start of your experience to introduce you to some basic processes and terminology. As experience, we need you to have at least basic usage of LinkedIn, data driven (ability to conduct and analyze given data or create an analysis on your own) and using Canva or other graphic tool (advantage, not a must). No salary.

    Working hours

    • Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm
    1. Research of the most skilled developers from your region.
    2. Collaborate with our business development manager to fulfill open positions.
    3. Invent new ways to engage and find the best programmers in your region (universities, tech forums...).
    4. Conducting interviews with suitable candidates and follow-up.
    5. Weekly reporting to one of the community managers – cooperating with our core team as such (7 people). 

    Work schedule: 09:30AM-05:30PM (30/40h per week)
