Team Leader – Online Order Fulfillment

- Ability to quickly assimilate new technologies and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive way.
- Demonstrate a good ability to solve diplomatic problems or difficult situations in the relationship with clients;
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a team leader position;
- You are a team player with very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills; Advanced level knowledge of English - written, spoken is a must;
- You master the Office Suite very well; Excel is needed;

- make sure that the stocks are organized efficiently in the storage space;
- actively involved in maintaining relationships with customers online, to help them find the right product and keep them as loyal customers.
- Contribute to the implementation of online customer base growth and loyalty systems;
- Assist the digital marketing team to help in case of special requests (special orders, trial requests, etc.)
- Lead small projects that require technical coordination with partner departments (IT / Digital) and several suppliers.
- Oversee all online commerce operations;
- Set KPI for productivity, conduct different trainings - with the focus on continuous improvement and best practices.
- Support in the: Design, implementation, integration and monitor systems to meet operational objectives.
- Actively recommend different systems and/or equipment to ensure an efficient flow of the product through the entire operational set of fulfilling orders.
- Draws daily / weekly / monthly reports for online stocks and sales;
- Supervise the development of the system documentation and the implementation of the operational and processing procedures necessary to fulfill the company's objectives.
