YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops our KA Strategy and business by working closely in partnership with customers, comprehending their requirements;
Delivers performance over market trends by coordinating and leading negotiation with assigned retailers;
Understands the customer's short and long term strategic and financial objectives;
Develops action plans based on customer&shopper insights (performance, trends, competition) to achieve business targets;
Plans and manages key account budget to ensure that all resources are used in the most effective and efficient manner;
Conducts regular customer review and follow-up on scorecard;
Drives the implementation and the embedding of Customer P&L usage/customer/channels;
Establishes margin, promotions, terms and conditions efficiently and effectively.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Min 2 years of similar experience in FMCG industry;
Modern Trade knowledge;
Financial Reasoning & Data Analysis;
Building effective x-functional relationships;
Building Custmer Loyalty;
English- conversational level
Computer Skills (Excel& PowerPoint).
