    Requirements

    University degree in Finance, Economics or comparable
    Must have at least 4 years professional experience in Finance / Controlling area
    Previous experience in a corporate environment or in regular reporting tasks is crucial (KPI reporting: financial/non-financial)
    Ability and experience to work with big data volume
    Strong proficiency with Excel, , and experience with database maintenance and navigation
    Previous experience with SAP is a plus
    Fluent in English – strong verbal and written communication skills

    Responsibilities

    Providing controlling and accounting support
    Managing of central mailbox re incoming documents

    Screening of cost estimates, project agreements and contracts re completeness (address of service provides, invoicing details, service period….)
    Directly interacting with GSMD colleagues as well as 3rd party providers
    Screening of invoices re completeness & correctness (Allianz SE address, bank details, reference to contract or cost estimate)
    Preparation for booking of invoices
    Communication with colleagues re reminder on outstanding contracts, cost estimates
