Customer support with French (B2-C1)

Excellent speaking and writing skills in French (B2-C1) and English (B1-B2);
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package;
Willingness to search for information from customer with a strong focus on solving clients’ requests;
Previous work experience in an international environment- nice to have;
Good Communication and Customer Service skills, any experience in BPO / Contact center will be an added advantage.

Delivering the best customer support service via phone calls and email;
Managing phone calls and emails from / to customers and handling inquiries about order management, changes to existing orders.
