ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

Universities studies, preferably in Operations or Economics.
Experience in processes and planning concepts within the acquisition of raw materials is an advantage.
Experience in SAP suite is a plus.
At least medium knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel and Power Point) .
Good Planning and organizing skills.
Good ability to prioritize.
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Results driven & Customer focus.
Basic financial and cost understanding.
Basic statistics knowledge.
Good communication and influencing skills.
Process and project management.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plans the raw materials in SAP APO, on several locations and based on detailed weekly production plans.
Maintains the optimum stocks for raw materials based on sales forecasts and production planning for each location.

Follows the raw material’s transfers to be in time and in the budgeted quantity to avoid out of stocks or other delays.
Places orders to suppliers and follows the delivery in terms of quantity, location and time.
Communicates with suppliers and determines common working methods.
Develops and provides the forecast of raw materials for short/medium/long term plan.
Monitors, analyzes and suggests solutions to avoid loss and costs for damaged stocks.
Manages the cassation proposals and follows the necessary steps until the proposal is done.
Manages the performance tracking tools and proposes improvements measures.
Quarterly provides input and reports for finance department’s analysis and projects.
Provides accurate report to the business.
Provides support for the business in special campaigns and promotions.
Work with supply chain planning teams to drive system improvements in raw material demand signals.
