ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Bachelor degree is required;
Proficiency in written and spoken English;
Good knowledge of MS Excel is required;
SAP experience could be an asset;
1-2 years of experience within SC would be an asset;
External/Internal Customer Focus;
Knowledge of products and SC processes;
Negotiation and Coordination skills;
Capacity of prioritization of the tasks;

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring inventory level on daily basis, adjusts plans accordingly;
Managing on time imports of SKUs responsible for, ensuring the availability and appropriate stock levels;
Managing exports according to demand and following CB processes;
Setting up the required Master Data for the respective SKUs;
Using SAP-APO enhance to optimize the planning processes and needs;
Planning purchases for tactical and operational timeframes based on RE/ABP and coordination of preparation of such plans;
Searching for improvement opportunities in overall cross border business;
Managing production timings and quantities in different countries for imported/exported SKUs respecting forecast, sales, lead times, quarantine, BBD/shelf life, warehouse capacity, Artworks;
Managing on time availability of correct promo AW and new launches for imported/exported SKUs in cooperation with relevant stakeholders (marketing, TCCC, commercialization, sales);
Ensuring delivery of all plans and services according to team’s KBIs;
Building detailed imports/exports Plan based on weekly demand, considering Safety Stock and transportation/logistics restrictions;
Working continuously for savings avoiding potential write offs and minimizing inventory levels;
Sharing personal experience with the team and helping everyone to develop their abilities;
Ensuring short term targets are achieved;
Cultivating great relationships with the planning department, Finance, MKT, Procurement, Commercial and logistics;
Working cross-functionally, with other countries, partners, suppliers /customers;
Creating a great vision based on the contributions of all supply chain sub-functions by exploring and implementing Group initiatives;
