Buyer with Russian - GBS TSR
- Perform purchasing services for ContiTech production facilities located in Slovakia;
- Place and update purchase orders;
- Maintain data in SAP;
- Schedule shipments and calculate quantities to be shipped with freight forwarders;
- Prepare documents necessary for loading and customs clearance;
- Create and issue quality certificates for our products;
- Prepare and send invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, certificates of quality to customers;
- Provide support to strategic buyers;
- Communicate with suppliers / internal customers;
- Create reports (regular and upon request).
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business or Engineering;
- Good level at Microsoft Excel;
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Fluent in English;
- Medium level/fluent in Russian.
