    RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking to hire a skilled Procure to Pay Operator who will ensure the well on-going of the procure-to-pay activity, the relationship with domestic and international vendors for processing of PR/PO, to support the Procurement department, Financial Department and internal clients in this respect.


      What you will do:

    •Registration in SOFI ERP of the documents related to procurement (purchase requests and orders, invoices);
    •Maintain the relationship with domestic and international vendors of the company;
    •Maintain the relationship with budget managers for placement of PR/PO and approval of the budgets/quantities/prices per each order;
    •Placing, registration and follow-up of the purchase orders for goods and services in an efficient manner, in line with the budget, respecting internal norms and competency levels;
    •Digitally process the documents validation as per fiscal risk requirements;
    •Contract management;
    •Maintain an accurate database and reports on prices, benchmarks and contacts;
    •Follow and maintains both electronic & physical archiving of all related documentation in his/her process;
    •Support internal clients for day-to-day activities on procurement.
    •Produce specific reports on PtP (PR/PO);
    •Support to all departments concerning PtP activities;  


    REQUIRED PROFILE

    •University degree (Economics, Business Administration);
    •Desirable to be experienced with structuring processes, especially on procurement function and tool;
    •Medium level of English spoken and written;
    •Very good computer knowledge (Windows, Ms- Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
    •Excellent communication skills in interacting with the client and other stakeholders;
    •Result oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy.
