    Required Qualifications:

    Education to graduate level
    Fluent in English and preferably one other Language
    Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics
    Understanding of relational database concepts and data management
    B2B Manufacturing industry experience 
    Proven history of administration support
    Demonstrated ability to work with multiple office applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power-point

    Processing product orders for Europe

    Channel Partner Toolkit (Compliance) Administration for Europe and MEA

    Query handling and resolution within agreed timescales

    Position Relationships

    Reports to the Customer Service Centre Manager / EU Customer Service Director

    Interacts with EU Sales Team

    Interacts with Customers

    Interacts with European Channel Partner DirectorMeasures of Performance


    Order processing within agreed SLA
