     ERP implementation & support methodology
     Minimum 3 years’ experience on MS Dynamics NAV (2016 and above)
     Knowledge on business process
     English Fluent
     Problem solver, customer oriented
     Ability to analyze, synthesize and make decisions under SLA
     Strong communication skills
     Teamwork skills



     Ticket Monitoring for Incident & Service Requests:
    - Ticket Assignment
    - Service Request Qualification & reroute to CIP Team for Changes
    - Manage Alert Monitoring
    - Quality Checks on Ticket Resolution
     User's support
    - Requests related to usage and functionality of One Navision
    - Simple task (service requests)
     Corrective Maintenance
    - Analysis issues
    - Provide temporary or definitive workarounds
    - Fix LOCAL Application Defects & Ensure required testing
    - Report CORE Application Defects to CORE Team & Ensure follow up
    - Ensure Non-Regression Testing on CORE Deliveries
    - Assist Users during UAT
