Job Responsibilities:
Develop, deliver, maintain and implement high-quality technical solution
The ability to motivate, guide and support a team of technical specialists
Promote the importance of the customer experience across the entire development life-cycle.
Working with team members to create appropriate training and personal development plans that address the needs both of the team and the individual team members
Ensure all tasks are completed to the required quality standards and make product and project highly visible.
Keep up to date with relevant technology areas.

Job Requirements:
Excellent self-organization skills which will include estimating, planning and risk assessment.
Ability to interpret and/or gather user requirements and translate these into technical specifications and/or code
High numerical reasoning, logic ability and problem-solving skills
Proficient with several relevant programming languages, frameworks and databases
Be an active and enthusiastic team player acting as an ambassador for product delivery
Be willing to adapt to significant changes in either technology or the environment

Technical / Professional Qualifications
Computer Science (or related degree/qualification)
Contribution to open-source software projects
Real-world application development lead experience.
