    Requirements

    • 5+ years technical professional experience;
    • Bachelor degree in Management, Computer Science or a technology related discipline;
    • Experience with Salesforce.com and SharePoint;
    • Good knowledge of troubleshooting desktop operating systems;
    • Good knowledge of network infrastructure, application transport protocols: TCP/IP, PLC – Automations, DNS, DHCP, RDP, WINS, FTP/SFTP, TFTP, Telnet, SSL; GSM( is a plus) - with application to Smart Metering solutions;
    • Other technology stack: Jira, Service-now, ASG-Remote Desktop, Confluence, EiServer;
    • Familiar with PowerShell/CLI commands and communication protocols;
    • Good administration skills;
    • Drive focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction;
    • Problem solving abilities;
    • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, German would be a plus.

    Responsibilities

    • Providing reliable technical assistance to internal and external customers;
    • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on company technology components;
    • Monitoring customer infrastructure alerts using specific tools;
    • Loging and classifying each incident or request using Service Management tools;
    • Escalating incidents or requests to appropriate support teams in case resolution is not possible at SD level;
    • Ensuring proper documenting and recording all activity and communication;
    • Generating and installing licenses;
    • Completing QA tasks.
