- developing concepts and software architectures for complex cloud systems;

- participating at system architecture reviews;

- defining software design for allocated high complexity modules/ components/ functionalities and documenting this step, according to established processes and methods;

- performing software integration activities for assigned project/s, based on software architecture and software specifications;

- coaching other software developers or colleagues from other connected areas;

- using and sharing your expertise at worldwide level for generating innovative software solutions;

Job Requirements:

This is what it takes to be a successful in Software Architect for IT Applications:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Informatics;

- minimum 5 years experience of object-oriented programming (Java);

- Good understanding of major design and architectural patterns (like MVC, Layered, Microkernel, Microservices, Event-Driven);

- minimum 3 years experience with Spring framework projects such as Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Web Services, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Spring Integration;

- Knowledge about other Java based Web-Server, Database, XML, JSON, Web Services (REST and SOAP) related technologies and frameworks (like Apache Web Server, Apache Tomcat, Apache HTTP Components, SQLite, Hibernate, Apache Axis) is a plus;

- Knowledge about AWS Cloud services is a plus;

- Familiarity with test driven development and writing unit tests (using for example JUnit);

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git;

- Familiarity with build tools such as Maven;

- Familiarity with configuring automated building-testing-deploying pipelines using, for example, Jenkins;

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, OSGI, Perforce is a plus;

- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment.
