    What will you bring to the team?

    • University degree;
    • Fluency in German and English (at least B2 conversational level);
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes;
    • An open-minded self starter and a dynamic person, who respect the client and has good communication skills;
    • Curiosity and eager to learn new things;
    • Team spirit and can do attitude;
    • Experience in back-office or customer service would be a plus.

    What will you do?

    Provide support for the following teams in Personnel department:

    Tire benefits:
    • Process the tire requests or any other inquiry related to the domain, coming from the employees or retirees by email, post or phone, according to the eligibility rules of the company, vehicle technical details and in accordance with the rules and legislation in force;
    Travel & Expenses:
    • Ensure the reception and control of expense reports, check eligibility rules for corporate cards and perform the necessary actions to block or release them;
    Training Back Office:
    • Provide administrative and logistical follow-up of training and development actions.
