    Cerinte

    We are looking for a Junior HR Admin to join our team in Bucharest with:

    Minimum experience of 6 months in personnel administration;
    Fluent English language skills;
    Fast learner and team player;
    Great communication skills and adaptability.

    Responsabilitati

    Creating all the hiring documentation (Labor contract, annexes to the contract with additional clauses, verifies all documents necessary for the personnel file);
    Updating the Revisal (General Employee Registry) according to legal terms;
    Creating all the proper documentation upon employment termination according to the law;
    Sending the necessary information for payroll processing to the payroll team;
    Managing the medical check-up (Hire& Periodical) for the assigned employees.

    Contract duration: undetermined (3 months probation);
    Schedule: 9-18.
