Senior Consultant - Transaction Services

Adecco Professional & Executive Search Division is looking for its client, a big organization that offers specialized quality services on Audit, Tax Assistance and Business Consulting services for companies in various industries, for a Senior Consultant to join Transaction Services Team.

What will you do?

• Prepare financial analyses on Income Statements and Balance Sheets (data processing, critical thinking in correlating accounting data, performing analyses to show relevant trends and conclusions).
• Review other business-related operational information (management reports, commercial contracts, financial agreements etc.) and correlate them with the accounting information.
• Formulate relevant questions to obtain a better understanding of the business and how this is translated into accounting records.
• Present and explain the result of the analysis and summarize key findings/proposed next steps.
• Work together with tax specialists and lawyers and discuss relevant information that has an impact across various streams.
• Record the analyses in a succinct and clear way in a due diligence report.

• Professional background and knowledge
• Finance or accounting professionals with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Audit experience would be an advantage.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Accounting knowledge (Romanian Accounting Standards); IFRS knowledge would be a plus.
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English (most of the due diligence reports are in English).
• Curiosity and desire to learn new things.
• Ability to connect business information with operational and accounting data.
