    Adecco Professional & Executive Search Division is looking for its client, a big organization that offers specialized quality services on Audit, Tax Assistance and Business Consulting services for companies in various industries, for an Internal Audit Manager.

    What will you do?
    As a Manager, you will be an important part of our team and will actively be involved in managing client engagements or components of large-scale engagements of moderate complexity. You will provide technical knowledge, coaching and training to junior team members, develop perspectives and insights for the client, interact directly with clients (interviewing clients, leading client teams), create and deliver presentations and contribute to our business development activities.
    You will participate in day-to-day management of the team on engagements including coaching, providing constructive feedback and performance development.
    The main types of project you will work on are consulting projects in relation to business processes and internal controls, such as:

    • Performance of internal audits, set-up, review or restructuring of internal audit functions.
    • Enterprise Risk Assessment.
    • Design, implementation and optimization of internal controls systems,
    • End-to-end processes review and optimization (areas such as: financial, human resources, procurement and order management processes, supply chain etc.).
    • Advisory services for clients operating in the outsourcing market (including, but not limited to, strategy, design, implementation, optimization).

    What are we looking for?
    • University degree.
    • ACCA and/or CIA certificate is a plus.
    • At least 7 - 8 years relevant working experience in one or more industries in connection with internal audit, internal control systems, risk management, process improvement, etc.
    • Previous financial audit experience is a plus.
    • Previous experience in a Big4 company or other consulting company is a plus.
    • Ability to communicate accurately and efficiently in English, both verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to observe deadlines and to deliver good results under pressure.
    • Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and demands.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Availability for business travel 20%-30%
    • Flexibility in working independently or in a team, as required by the tasks assigned.
    • Drive for developing professionally and building long term relationships with clients and colleagues.
