    We are looking for a dynamic, proactive team player with strong communication skills, having the desire to help us build long-standing relationships with our consumers and leverage their feedback into actionable learnings.

    In your role, you will
    • Be part of the Romanian side of a multi-cultural team operating across 9 countries. 
    • Ensure that honest, correct and trustful answers are provided to consumers’ inquiries, suggestions, complaints, all in line with Nestlé policies and brands.
    • When needed, you will handle complaints in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, accordingly with Nestlé procedures.
    • Stay on top of the social media sphere and monitor for early detection of issues, taking necessary actions to prevent amplification (alerts, escalation, response). 
    • Cooperate with and support the external communication partners (call center, community management agencies), to ensure high performance of the consumer communication stream.
    • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis in the form on reports and dashboards, based on inputs collected from consumers from multiple channels. 

    You may be perfect for the role if you are
    •    Student / fresh graduate with great command of English and Romanian language – both spoken and written
    •    Communication skills
    •    Consumer-oriented attitude
    •    Able to multi-task
    •    Analytical with great attention to details
    •    Technologically savvy & social media platforms knowledge is a plus
