    Requirements

    • University degree in a business-related subject area, preferably MBA;
    • Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt certified;
    • Agile and Scrum Master Certified would be a plus;
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be a plus;
    • Change Management Certified Professional (CCMP) certification would be a plus;
    • Transformational experience in multinational organization with not less than five years' experience in Share Services industry or in Commercial Finance within tobacco or FMCG multinational;
    • Experience in implementing change management/implementation techniques and tools, coaching of process improvement teams;

    Responsibilities

    • Improving and promoting the culture of continuous improvement, by embedding CI methodologies into the way we work.
    • Implementing and facilitating the continuous improvement plan/projects, focused on enhancing customer experience within GBS, while removing waste and reducing cost;
    • Working alongside operational teams to translate operational improvements into customer-relevant or financial metrics, acting as a subject matter expert in CI methodologies;
    • Works with Service Lines to support performance problems solving and to find opportunities for improvement;
    • Provide direct mentorship to multiple Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement projects to support client needs;
    • Enhance relationships and partnering with customers and internal departments;
    • Ensures projects are focused on adding new value for the organization with an eye towards quality assurance of processes and deliverables;
    • Identifies and actively pursues business opportunities to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of GBS business strategy;
