    Graduated with Finance/Audit/Accounting
    - Analytics organized person
    - English knowledge
    - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
    - Excel knowledge
    - ERP knowledge (SAP) will be a plus

    Responsibilities

    Checking the invoices from a Vat perspective
    - Preparing VAT posting for customs declarations
    - Weekly check for manual payment proposals
    - Obtaining and archiving residence certificates from vendors and customers
    - Obtaining fiscal certificates from the local tax authorities
    - Preparing supporting documentation for IC invoices
    - Preparing reports for monthly closing
    - Checking documents for annual stock count
    - Presentation of data required by tax authorities
    - Ad-hoc reports from SAP
    - Providing support requested by Finance Director and by Chief Accounting Officer
    - Ensuring communication between the financial department and other departments
    - Archiving all accounting documents (suppliers/ customers invoices, bank statements, tax)
    - Administrative tasks
